Sebastian Vettel suffered little hangover from last week’s late retirement as he topped Free Practice ahead of the German Grand Prix at the Nurburgring, with Nico Rosberg and Mark Webber completing the top three. The running order from Silverstone seems to have changed little in the wake of Pirelli’s product change for this weekend; Red Bull had an edge in single lap and long run pace over Mercedes with the rest following. Reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel swapped his Red Bull F1 car for an Infiniti road car when he spent some time at French circuit Paul Ricard a day after finishing second in the Monaco Grand Prix. The German, 25, evaluated the latest Infiniti road cars and their competitors as part of his new role as the company’s director of performance. Three times world champion Sebastian Vettel has said in an interview with the German Welt am Sonntag newspaper, one of the more serious papers in Germany, that he may quit F1 in five years time.
